Shipping Policy
Shipping is through USPS.
$3 Standard shipping on all orders $49.99 and below (7-10 days Not insured)
FREE standard shipping for all orders above $50. (7-10 days Not insured).
Shipping is Monday – Friday (excluding US Holidays)
Orders can take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship. For Preorders & Custom Graphic Tees shipping see Preorder/Graphic Tee Section.
Please be sure to ship to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
IMPORTANT:
We are unable to cancel orders, or make changes to orders once they are in process. Please refer to our Return Policy to return those items.
NOTE:
Shipping times are provided by the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed by Ava Mae Boutique. Shipping times may be slower during the holiday season.
Preorders/Graphic Tees
From time to time, we may open up a PRE-ORDER for popular items. If your order contains a pre-order item or graphic tee, plus additional in-stock items, the order will ship in its entirety when the pre-order becomes available and graphic tee is completed. WE SUGGEST placing a separate order for any in-stock items. (Pre-Order /Graphic Tees items are clearly marked on the website). Graphic tees are all made to order so please allow 2-4 weeks for them to be made and ready to ship.
Tracking Your Order
If there is a problem with your order, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified by text, or email. Please be sure to include correct contact information on your order.
Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Cancelling Your Order
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please refer to the Return Policy for further information. Refused packages will be charged original shipping fees.
Pick Up
An email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup, processing may take 2-3 business days.
Return Policy
Returns must be received by us within 10 days of delivery.
Please send all returns to the following address for a STORE CREDIT ONLY. (Be sure to include your packing slip so we know who to credit). We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.
Items can be returned within 10 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up. Items must be in original condition within 10 days to receive an exchange or store credit.
Original Condition:
Returns that appear worn, have traces of makeup, deodorant, or charged a 40% restocking fee. All tags must be attached. No exception.
(You can print labels from home by visiting USPS.COM, or visit your local post office to ship your return).

We do not provide return labels. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once processed, you will receive an e-card to use on your next purchase. Store credits do not expire.

We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible. Please give us a call at 319-795-2128 and let us know what item(s) you would like and we will pull it for you. This will also ensure that the item(s) you are wanting does not sell out. After receiving your return, we will email you with the exact shipping amount for your exchanged item(s).
